Right from our initial enquiry, their representatives were keen to come and meet us and spent time discussing our business needs. As a travel company, purchasing uniform for our freelance tour managers can be quite difficult as they are not based in our offices. Pennline were really flexible and helpful, sending us samples to forward on to tour managers so that they could find the correct sizes before ordering. Their representative even came to our office during one of our tour manager meetings with clothing samples for them to try on and to measure people up so that they could order the best fit for them.

The image that our tour managers present is very important to us as it reflects on our company brand. The suiting range that Pennline recommended is both smart and stylish. The quality of the material allows for items to be taken away on tours, sometimes three weeks at a time with repeated washes, at the end of which the clothing still looks fresh.

Orders are always delivered to us promptly, within the lead time of 7 – 10 working days. Pennline have even been able to help us out with a few last minute orders, in a very quick turnaround time, when they have had the items available. They are quick to communicate with us should anything be out of stock, which is rare, and always ask for clarification if anything is unclear. This constant communication and competitive pricing has made Pennline our supplier of choice for our future uniform needs.
