Pennline Returns Policy
At Pennline customer satisfaction is our main priority. If there are any items within your order that are incorrect to your order acknowledgment or faulty, please get in touch with us within 2 working days and then return so that we can rectify for you as soon as possible.
We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. For that reason, we ask that all customised items are double checked and approved by the customer via the order acknowledgement.
Pennline cannot accept returns for protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles.
