The broad range of hi-visibility workwear available from Pennline includes three new designs from top manufacturer Portwest.
Hi-Vis 4-in-1 Contrast Traffic Jacket (S471)
The 4-in-1 Contrast Traffic Jacket (S471) is manufactured from a hard-wearing 300D Oxford Weave polyester with a stain resistant PU finish. This versatile jacket is fully waterproof, with taped seams for additional protection and also features reflective tape across the body, shoulders and arms. Multiple internal and external pockets provide practicality and ample storage, including a concealed phone pocket. The Contrast Traffic Jacket can be worn four ways, depending on conditions/requirements:
- Light weight outer;
- Outer with detachable body warmer combined;
- Wear-alone body warmer;
- Reverse colour body warmer
The new innovative feature to this jacket is the ultra bright silver reflective hood for maximum visibility in low light conditions.
Sizes available are Small to 3XL and the jacket can be ordered in either orange/navy or yellow/navy, conforming to a range of associated hi-visibility workwear standards.
Another new hi-visibility product from Portwest is the Bizflame Ultra Coverall (FR93). This one-piece garment is manufactured from durable 340g flame retardant fabric, which retains its flame retardant properties for the lifetime of the coverall and also provides protection against multiple heat sources and molten metal splash. This garment is 100% metal-free, minimising the risk of static electricity and damage to surface, making it suitable for demanding workwear environments such as the oil and gas industries. Ten pockets and a radio loop add storage and practicality, while the 50+ UPF rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays. The Bizflame Ultra Coverall is manufactured from recycled polyester fibres, making it a sustainable as well as an effective item of PPE workwear. Available in navy or orange, this coverall is available in sizes Small through to 3XL.
Hi Vis Ladies Trousers (LW71)
The final item in this week’s trio is the Ladies Hi-Visibility Trousers (LW71), manufactured from 245g Kingsmill poly-cotton fabric with Texpel stain-resistant finish. These high visibility workwear trousers are deigned and are cut specifically to give female wearers more comfort and a flattering fit, and are available in yellow or orange, in sixes XS to XXL. The ladies Hi-Vis Trousers feature seven pockets for ample storage, including easy access cargo pockets on either side. Knee pad pockets are located internally for a better appearance, and three reflective tapes on each leg ensure increased visibility.
